Get to Know the Leadership Team Behind New Vision Industries, a Producto Group Company

Mr. Mark Rauenzahn is the Chief Executive Officer of Producto. Prior to this role he was the General Manager of Sundyne, LLC a highly engineered pump and compressor manufacturer. Under Mr. Rauenzahn’ s leadership Sundyne grew revenue, EBITDA, and diversified the sales into the energy markets.

Before Sundyne, Mr. Rauenzahn worked for Integer Holdings Corporation under various roles from Director of Procurement to Director of Operations overseeing various sites in Malaysia and Ireland. He oversaw product development and manufacturing at the Galway facility and helped them grow revenue substantially at this time. Additionally, he focused on continuous improvement driving operational efficiencies at the site.

Before Integer Holdings Mr. Rauenzahn spent time at United Technologies with roles of increasing responsibility. He started in the United Technologies Operations Leadership Program and held roles as Operations Manager and Commodity Manager. He spent a significant amount of time in Poland and India helping to set up and start operations in those countries.

Mr. Rauenzahn holds a BS degree in Industrial Engineering from Virginia Tech and an MBA from IE Business School located in Madrid Spain.

In his free time, he enjoys playing soccer, rock climbing, hiking and spending time with family.

New Vision Industries
General Manager

Mr. Agar currently serves as the General Manager of New Vision Industries, bringing over 25 years of experience in engineering, design, and manufacturing. Prior to joining New Vision, Ed held roles as Production Manager and Supervisor for Volta Innovative Solutions, Shelter Logic, Acme Plastics and Aeroflex Microelectronic Solutions where he led multiple ERP implementations and exponentially increased facility throughput and production

Most notably, Ed spent 10 years of his career with Glebar Company, where he played an integral part in the successful implementation of an outsourcing program, consumable distribution program, ERP implementation, and attainment of ISO 9001 and ITAR compliance.

Ed has a broad range of experience in the manufacturing industry, ranging from products for aerospace & defense applications to medical device, consumer products and more.

Ed has an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Passaic County Community College and a Mechanical Design and Drafting degree from Lincoln Technical Institute.

In his free time, Ed enjoys woodworking, traveling, and spending time with his dog Morry.

The Producto Group
Business Development – Tooling & Machined Components

Mr. Copt leads The Producto Group’s machining business development efforts. He is a third-generation industrial entrepreneur, machinist, and engineer, who founded New Vision Industries in 2002.

Michael started New Vision Industries manufacturing parts for high-end automotive applications. Today New Vision Industries serves a diverse market set that includes Medical, Semiconductor, Aerospace and Industrial applications using an equally diverse material-set.

Given his long family history in the machining business, Michael eats, sleeps, and breathes Manufacturing. This helps Michael relate to our clients needs and issues, and consult with them on how Producto can help solve their most complex problems.
